The 2025 2nd International Conference on Image Processing, Intelligent Control and Computer Engineering (IPICE 2025) was successfully held on July 26, 2025, in Zhengzhou, China. The conference was sponsored by Henan University and organized by the School of Artificial Intelligence of Henan University. More than 200 experts, scholars, faculty members, and student representatives from numerous domestic universities, research institutes, and artificial intelligence enterprises attended the conference.
