Prof. Changqing Ji, Dalian University, China

Dr. Ji Changqing is a Ph.D., professor, and graduate supervisor. He has been recognized as a member of the Liaoning Province “Baiqianwan” Talent Program (Ten-Thousand Level), a committee member of CCF Dalian, and a member of the Computer Application Professional Committee of the China Computer Federation (CCF). He is also a member of the Liaoning Provincial Collaborative Innovation Center for Smart Healthcare and the Dalian Key Laboratory of Smart Health and Medical. Dr. Ji has been designated as a Dalian high-level full-time talent (recognized as both a Young Elite and a High-End Talent), a Dalian municipal science and technology correspondent, and a core member of the Intelligent Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Team at the Institute of RF Circuits and Intelligent Perception, Dalian University. Since 2006, he has been engaged in research in the fields of network multimedia technology and cloud computing. During his Ph.D., his primary research areas included cloud computing, big data, and distributed databases. His current research focuses on artificial intelligence, big data, low-altitude economy, and international smart education. In recent years, he has led or participated in nearly 20 national and provincial (ministerial) research projects. He has published nearly 40 papers in well-known domestic and international journals and conferences, of which over 30 have been indexed by SCI and EI. He holds more than 30 authorized patents, has achieved four technology transfers for social services (with a total contract value of 2.1 million RMB), and has been granted over 30 software copyrights.

Prof. Junxin Chen,Dalian University of Technology, China

Professor Chen Junxin is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Software Engineering, Dalian University of Technology. He has been recognized as a Dalian High-Level Talent, a “Haojiang Scholar” of the University of Macau, and a recipient of the inaugural “Xiaomi Young Scholar” award. He has been consecutively listed on the “World’s Top 2% Most Influential Scientists” ranking. He also serves as an adjunct professor at the Liaoning Provincial Key Laboratory of Cardiovascular Disease Medical Imaging (General Hospital of the Northern Theater Command). He is currently the Director of the Dalian University of Technology – Ritsumeikan University Joint Research Center for Health and Medical Intelligent Computing. He has published over 180 papers in leading SCI-indexed journals and international conferences, including more than 100 as first or corresponding author. His Google Scholar citations exceed 5,500, with an H-index of 42. He serves as Co-Editor-in-Chief of *Expert Systems*, and as an editorial board member, associate editor, or guest editor for several international journals, including *IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics* and *IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence*. He is also an Area Editor for NeurIPS (CCF-A). He has led over 10 national and provincial/ministerial research projects, including General Projects and Youth Projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He maintains close collaborations with industry to promote the practical application of research outcomes: he has led the “Xiaomi Young Scholar” talent project and collaborated with JD Health to develop and deploy a smartphone-based health monitoring system. He has received a second prize of the Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, two Liaoning Provincial Natural Science Academic Achievement Awards, and the Liaoning Provincial Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award (February 2018).
