Prof. Qingli Liu, Dalian University, ChinaProfessor Liu Qingli is the Associate Dean of the School of Information Engineering, holds a Doctorate in Engineering, is a professor, and supervises master's students. In recent years, he has presided over six projects, including the National 863 Program, the National Natural Science Foundation, projects funded by the Liaoning Provincial Department of Education, and the Dalian High-Level Talent Program. As a key participant, he has contributed to the completion of ten projects, including major projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, the National 863 Program, and preliminary research projects for general assembly. He has won the First Prize of Liaoning Provincial Technological Invention, the First Prize of Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Progress, two First Prizes of National Defense Science and Technology Progress, and the Second Prize of Liaoning Provincial Teaching Achievement. He has published more than 30 papers in key domestic and international academic journals and conferences, written five national defense reports, and received five patent authorizations.
