The 2024 International Conference on Image Processing, Intelligent Control and Computer Engineering (IPICE 2024) has been held successfully on August 9-11, 2024 in Fuzhou, China. The conference is sponsored by Yango University, Fujian Key Laboratory of Spatial Information Perception and Intelligent Processing, Fujian University Engineering Research Center of Spatial Date Mining and Application, and co-organized by Key Laboratory of Spatial Data Mining & Information Sharing of Ministry of Education (Fuzhou University).

During the conference, more than 100 experts and scholars from universities such as University of Science and Technology of China, South China University of Technology, Fuzhou University, Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology, Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, as well as international and graduate students, participated in the conference. Through keynote speeches, oral presentations, and other forms, in-depth exchanges and discussions were held on multiple hot topics such as computer vision, machine learning, and intelligent algorithms. These exchanges not only promote mutual understanding between academia and industry, but also lay the foundation for future collaborative research.

The on-site communication atmosphere was strong, and domestic and foreign experts and scholars fully discussed, presenting a high-level, international, and forward-looking academic feast with rich content, promoting international academic exchange, cooperation, and development in research fields such as image processing, intelligent control, and computer engineering.
